Add the bank amount before the scan finishes
- iPhone
A receipt that is still uploading or being read now shows Foreign receipt? Add bank amount in your receipts list.
- Tap Foreign receipt? Add bank amount to open Post to.
- Enter the amount from your bank notification. The field is labelled with your bank account's currency, for example Amount charged (GBP).
- Tap Save.
The row then shows the figure, for example Bank amount: GBP 12.34. Quenta still reads the original amount and currency from the receipt, keeps them separate and puts them on the Xero transaction. If the receipt turns out to be in the same currency as your bank amount and the two don't match, it goes to Review so you can check it. Neither figure is changed for you.
The field is optional. You can still add or correct the charged amount after the scan, as before.

Fixes and improvements
- iPhone, Android
Receipt default settings explain the difference between using your last-used company and bank account and a fixed choice.
- Android
Company admins can verify email domains for receipt forwarding.
- Web
Receipt files you drop, paste or pick before your company and bank account settings have loaded now wait, then upload to that company and bank account once the settings are ready, even if you move to another page in the app. They don't survive reloading or closing the tab.
